IABC Annual General Meeting 

The 2022 IABC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City from 4-5:30 p.m. EDT on 26 June.

Those eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting are members of the Executive Board, Chapter Delegates/Proxies, Region Delegates/Proxies, and Member at Large Delegates, with each holding one vote.

Voting on all matters, including amendment of bylaws and the election of Executive Board directors or officers, will be executed by online vote calculated by the Credentials Committee.

Deadline to complete form: 25 May 2022, 11:59 p.m. CDT

Only one person should be designated to vote for each chapter/region. Delegates and proxies will receive the online voting form by 3 June and must complete the form by 23 June.
